Kinsley Construction was founded in 1963 as a concrete services subcontractor. In the 1970s, Kinsley began serving the general contracting needs of clients, but retained the original tradespeople to continue performing many project tasks in-house. We have continually added support divisions to increase our cost control and schedule control capabilities. And now, over 40 years later, Kinsley is proud to have developed seven separate business units that are fully-capable of operating independently but have the ability to join forces and provide more cost effective, efficient and coordinated projects for our valued clients.

• Kinsley Construction provides construction management, design/build and general contracting services.
  
  
• Kinsley Industrial services include demolition, structural concrete, millwright/rigging services, mechanical piping, electrical, steel fabrication and in-plant renovation work.
  
  
• Kinsley Manufacturing fabricates and erects all structural steel components for buildings including custom long span trusses and plate girders as well as miscellaneous metals that include stairs and handrails.
  
  
• Kinsley Sitework specializes in earth moving operations such as installation and maintenance of erosion and sedimentation controls; installation of underground utilities including stormwater management systems, sanitary sewer systems, water mains and domestic services; trenching for electric, telephone, cable and natural gas services; concrete curbs and sidewalks; and asphalt paving.
  
  
• Kinsley Custom specializes in smaller commercial projects, renovations and mid- to high-end residential projects.
  
  
• Kinsley Heavy/Highway & Bridge constructs highway, bridge, utility and other infrastructure projects.
  
  
• Kinsley Materials is the latest addition to the Kinsley family of companies, providing internal and external customers with superior quality asphalt, concrete and aggregate products for commercial, residential and heavy/highway projects.
