K-ROCK is a
unique "square-lock fastening" block that was designed for engineered earth
reinforced walls. The blocks have a square-lock groove and dual anchor system
that develop a bond that exceeds the tensile strength of the geogrid, and the
walls are engineered based on lock soil condition. K-ROCK has a face area of
eight square feet, which allows this type of wall to be completed sooner than
walls built with other wall systems. K-ROCK walls can be up to six feet high
before earth reinforcement is necessary, because each full block weighs
approximately 2,400 pounds. |
